I\u2019m mad about blush. I think every woman should wear blush and take care of her eyebrows (in addition to proper skin care, that is). Those two will go a long way in creating a fresh and carefree look.<\/p>\n

Kjaer Weis is love in a makeup bag. My newest crush is an impossibly soft, cotton candy colored cream blush called Embrace<\/a>. If you\u2019re a bit heavy-handed with rouge, I suggest you try this shade \u2013 this light pastel color, like Mango from Zuii<\/a> (which I like to call my \u2018safety-blush\u2019), is impossible to over-do.<\/p>\n

\"DSC_0147\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I like the contrast of my orange hair and light skin with icy pastel of the blush, the soft hue of which gives a perfect fresh glow to the skin. I also like to apply the smallest touch of the Radiance (disco-ball) highlighter<\/a> just above my cheek bones, on my brow bone, and on my cupid\u2019s bow. The effect is barely visible in this photo, but as it is a daytime look, it\u2019s not actually meant to stand out too much. The blush and the disco-ball cream are easy to apply using one\u2019s fingers, but I\u2019m a bit curious about giving Kjaer\u2019s own blush brush<\/a> a try \u2013 the synthetic and chunky form seems perfect for applying cream blush.<\/p>\n

Another favorite is the lip tint in the color Sweetness<\/a>. It looks as if you\u2019re not wearing anything (no gloss or shininess), but gives the lips a nice peach and coral tint. I could do with something fresh in this seemingly endless greyness. (February is the hardest month for me, personally, with too much greyness behind me and a long way to go before it gets light.)<\/p>\n

For my eyes I have used all my favorite shades, though I\u2019ve got something new on the brow bone: Kjaer Weis\u2019 eye shadow in Cloud Nine<\/a>. With a perfect balance of shimmer and matte, one would be hard pressed to find a better brow highlighter than this.<\/p>\n
