I\u2019m inspired by Japanese beauty and skin expert Chizu Saeki<\/strong>, whose book the Japanese Skincare Revolution<\/em><\/a> has sold over 3 million copies in Japan. I also love toner and citrus scents.<\/p>\n

If I was a Japanese woman\u2026I would wake up to the scent of cherry blossoms. I would wash my face gently and lovingly with fresh water, as if I handling precious porcelain. I would rub my face and neck with a few pumps of lemon myrtle scented cleanser<\/a>, softly massaging to improve skin metabolism.<\/p>\n

I would then take a cotton face mask spritzed with lemon myrtle scented toner<\/a>, and press it against my face for three minutes, during which I would breathe in the refreshing scent of citrus fruits, allowing them to prepare my senses for the day ahead. After the toning mask, my skin would be soft, glowing, and moisturized.<\/p>\n

Finally, I would apply a light lemon myrtle scented moisturizer<\/a> to my face and neck to protect and prime my skin for makeup.<\/p>\n

My somewhat dull and dry combination skin, which suffers from the occasional breakout and blackhead, would be purified, clarified and moisturized by the lemon myrtle treatment.<\/p>\n
