The resident feline has been keeping watch by the oven, making sure not a single delicious bite slips past him unnoticed. Besides that, it’s been business as usual – Romppu has not strayed from his well-worn path from the food bowl to the mohair throw all Christmas.
This year’s holidays have consisted of sleeping in; trying all those decadent breakfast recipes that have accumulated in my bookmarks over the fall; curling up under blankets while watching episodes of the brilliant and chilling Swedish series The Bridge; having a grand Christmas dinner with the family at Sun; and being accosted by a thorny soreness in my throat, thanks to which I think I will be extending this time-muddling period of laziness until tomorrow, at least.
But new topics are on the agenda, starting next week, including an overview of the best cosmetics of the year. And for those of you who were interested in the Ashtanga class for beginners: there are only a few spots left, so make sure you sign up as soon as possible!
